超濾膜/UF membrane:


在膜法分離技術(shù)中膜的微孔徑在0.03-0.1μm之間的過濾膜稱為超濾膜,而一般膠體體積均≥0.1m,乳膠>0.5um,大腸菌、葡萄球菌等細(xì)菌體積>0.2nm,浮物、微粒子等體積>5μm,因此超濾膜可以過濾出溶液中的細(xì)菌、膠體、懸浮物、蛋白質(zhì)等大分子物質(zhì)。

超濾/Ultra-filtration:


  • 超濾是一種膜分離技術(shù),其膜為多孔性不對稱結(jié)構(gòu)。過濾過程是以膜倆側(cè)的壓差為驅(qū)動力,以機(jī)械篩分原理為基礎(chǔ)的一種溶液分離過程,使用壓力通常為0.1-0.3Mpa。超濾膜分離過程曾被看作是一種單純的物理分離過程。

  • 超濾通常用于制取礦泉水、山泉水,是以壓力為推動力,利用超濾膜不同孔徑分離液體中的雜質(zhì)的過程。目前在水處理行業(yè)中,聚砜、聚丙烯及PVDF中空纖維式是組件應(yīng)用最多。

  • 超濾主要用于將溶液中的大分子、膠體和微粒與溶劑等小分子物質(zhì)進(jìn)行分離。目前,超濾的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域主要涉及食品、飲料、生物醫(yī)藥、精細(xì)化工、工業(yè)廢水處理與回用、地表水前期預(yù)處理、中水回用、礦井水前期處理等。
